We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and helped us to our room and directed us to where to park the car. The room was clean and tidy, and everything worked perfectly. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa pool which stayed hot for a long while. It was clean and in a fairly good state. The view from our room was simply fantastic, right across the lake. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was close to the restaurants and market. We loved that we could park our car right at the door and easily explore this city.

We loved the stunning view of the lake and snow capped mountains beyond. The room was very comfortable and location was great.

Spent the Easter weekend in a lakeside motel amidst stunning scenery. The motel provided comfortable and spacious rooms with great amenities. The location was perfect with easy access to local shops and restaurants. My favorite aspect was the rejuvenating spa bath, great for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The noise from the road, but it was manageable with earplugs. it was an excellent stay, and I would recommend it to others who are looking for a scenic weekend getaway.

Staff was very nice . She greeted us really well. Room was tidy.

We stayed in the family suite which wasnt big enough for 4 adults. Beds were a bit cramped in the spare room. There wasnt much space to move around. However the double bed area was nice. We found hair in one of the beds so it seems like care wasnt taken while cleaning the room.

The view ie across the road to beach/lake - plus location ie access to outdoor activities, shops, restaurants.

Spa in living area - plus towels worn. Also, noise from plumbing and heat pumps a bit much at times.

Great Easter Stay! the Easter weekend was fantastic with amazing lake views. the hotel had a perfect location, just a stone's throw away from some of the best restaurants in town. the rooms were clean and spacious enough to enjoy some quality time indoors. the staff was very cordial and their hospitality was impeccable. the spa bath was definitely a highlight of the room and the large LCD TV provided satisfactory entertainment.

The narrow parking area which made it a bit difficult to park the car. the kitchenette was also a bit cramped and would have been better with a bit more space.

There was no hot water. We were told we could check out without being charged. We checked out but were still charged. When we tried to contact management they hung up on us.

It ticked all the boxes for what we needed for our one night stay
